REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR A GSSA
REPRESENTATION IN INDIA


Flyington Freighters, a 100% Indian owned International Air Cargo
Operator based and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, is the launch
customer for, and has ordered twelve, Airbus A33-200 freighters having a
capacity of 64 metric tons and a range of 4000 nautical miles. Delivery
will commence in the fourth quarter of 2009.

The aircraft will be deployed on routes connecting Asia with Europe,
Africa and South/ Middle America, making maximum use of the long range
capabilities of the new aircraft.

To prepare for the induction of this ultra modern aircraft Flyington will
commence its operation during March/April of 2008 with A300-600
Freighters, increasing its fleet to five aircraft by the end of the year.

In order to offer its global clientele a comprehensive destination
portfolio from the outset of its operation, Flyington is seeking a close
cooperation with potential Sales and Service partners. Flyington is owned
by the promoters of the Deccan Chronicle group.
